Why are dieting and exercise so EVIL!?!?! I've finished 2 rounds of P90X, (With a long break between) and now I'm moving onto Insanity for the next 60 days! Hopefully we survive!

P90X Day 84 - Rest
Swam, played with the girls, watched TV. Let the wife have lunch with her friend. It was a pretty laid back and relaxed day. 7 more days and I have to post pics! Oh no!
