Why are dieting and exercise so EVIL!?!?! I've finished 2 rounds of P90X, (With a long break between) and now I'm moving onto Insanity for the next 60 days! Hopefully we survive!

P90X Round 2, Day 10
Not much of a post. Rode, did exercise, apparently ate too much. Bleh. Posting song that I heard on radio and liked today.
Good song I don't think I've heard it before. Shinedown has a few good songs that I enjoy. And don't sweat the weigh-in tomorrow. You'll most likely make up for it next week with a great weigh-in.
